You can navigate into the video by keep pressing left button of your mouse and move in the desired direction.
If you are using a smart phone:
Open the video in YouTube app by clicking on the title at the top:
In the Youtube app, if you have a VR headset, you can also click the mask icon on the bottom right to watch the video in Virtual Reality mode:
